Our oak furniture is protected by our IsoGuard庐 treatment, designed to repel water and provide short-term protection against spillages. For best results, promptly wipe away any liquid to avoid staining.聽聽
Dust furniture regularly with dry e-cloth and gently remove marks with a damp one as needed.聽
For a deeper clean, our surface soap is specially formulated to efficiently remove dirt and marks without removing the protective IsoGuard庐 finish.聽
Avoid standard furniture cleaners and polishes, as these may damage the finish.聽聽
To maintain a well-loved Neptune piece, our care kit and treatment oil can be used every couple of years to refresh furniture and keep it looking its best.聽聽

Smaller parcel deliveries:

Standard delivery fee: 拢6.95 for orders under 拢150 (鈧�30 for orders under 鈧�250 in Ireland).
Next day delivery: 拢9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 2pm, no minimum spend.
Free standard delivery: on orders over 拢150 (鈧�250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries鈥痶o mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:

Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we鈥檒l contact you to arrange delivery.
