Oak

• Our oak furniture is protected by our IsoGuard® treatment, designed to repel water and provide short-term protection against spillages.
• For best results, promptly wipe away any liquid to avoid staining.
• Dust furniture regularly with dry e-cloth and gently remove marks with a damp one as needed.
• Our tannins spot stain remover is cleverly formulated to lift stains from the surface should you require it.
• For a deeper clean, our surface soap is specially formulated to efficiently remove dirt and marks without removing the protective IsoGuard® finish.
• Avoid standard furniture cleaners and polishes, as these may damage the finish.
• To maintain a well-loved Neptune piece, our care kit and treatment oil can be used every couple of years to refresh furniture and keep it looking its best.

Marble

• Wipe up liquid as soon as possible to prevent it from causing a stain.
• For everyday care, avoid using standard cleaning products that may contain abrasive ingredients. Instead, simply wipe with a damp e-cloth and follow up with a dry one.
• For deeper cleaning, we recommend products specifically designed for marble. You can find quality ones at stonecare4u.

Delivery

Smaller parcel deliveries:

• Standard delivery fee: £6.95 for orders under £150 (â‚�30 for orders under â‚�250 in Ireland).
• Next day delivery: £9.95, available on parcel deliveries to the UK only. Order before 2pm, no minimum spend.
• Free standard delivery: on orders over £150 (â‚�250 in Ireland).

Standard parcel deliveries to mainland UK for in-stock items will arrive within 5 days via our approved couriers.

Larger furniture deliveries:

• Delivered through our Neptune Home Delivery Service, with charges based on the required service level. See our full delivery policy for details.
• Made-to-order or unavailable items will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse, or we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
• International orders will be shipped via our trusted international delivery partners. See our full delivery policy for details.

Returns

• Most items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, though courier or collection fees may apply.
• Cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.
• Made-to-order and painted-to-order designs cannot be amended, cancelled, or returned.
